Enterprise Support Analyst- Deposits

Job Summary: Assist in daily functions of the Enterprise Support Deposit area. Work with team members and branches in account problem resolution. Ensure all duties are completed timely and accurately. Responsible for the performance of, but not limited to, the below-listed duties.

Job Education and Experience:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • New Account Review
  • Responsible for review of new account packages
  • Review Stop Payments verifying input
  • Processing Return Mail
  • Fraud Monitoring and Reporting
  • Work Reg E disputes
  • Fraud Alerts - fraud review (Kiting, POS/ATM transactions, ACH)
  • Work Dormant Accounts
  • Work Courtesy Pay Accounts
  • Non-post and Returns Processing
  • Work daily stop payments, non-post and NSF decisions
  • Chargeback incoming returned checks from Fed and incoming ACH returns
  • Return any outgoing items including ACH, unauthorized and NOC’s
  • Electronic Banking
  • Process Incoming and Outgoing Wires
  • Process ACH file origination
  • Submit Debit Card Orders and pull pin offsets
  • Audit and balance daily worksheets submitted from each branch for all ATM machines
  • Cash Management
  • Provide Internet Banking Support to branches
  • Provide technical support for Cash Management applications
  • Approve or deny mobile deposits
  • Applications Support
  • Provide technical support for Deposits Applications
  • Miscellaneous Duties
  • Void Official Checks
  • Balance various applications (Returns, Non-Post, ATM and Debit card posting)
  • Assist Accounting with G/L balancing and clearing of outstanding items
  • Respond to Levies/Garnishments/Subpoenas
  • Perform any research requested
  • Account Maintenance as needed
  • Deposit Document Scanning
  • Complies with all bank and personnel policies and procedures, including but not limited to policies and procedures regarding the Bank Secrecy Act.
  • Complete periodic training provided and/or required by PFB, including but not limited to BSA training within required time frames assigned
  • Other duties as assigned
