What if my credit card gets lost or stolen? If you have a missing credit card, report it immediately to our 24-hour Customer Service Center at 1-800-854-7642. We will cancel your card and send you a new one.

What if there are unauthorized charges on my stolen card? If your card is stolen, you are not liable for these charges. If you suspect your card has been stolen, please call us as soon as possible at 1-800-854-7642.

What if I want to dispute a charge on my statement? If you wish to dispute a charge on your statement, and you have first tried in good faith to correct the problem with the merchant and have not been successful, call us at 1-800-854-7642.

Where do I send my payments? To remit payment via mail, please send it to The Card Services Center, P.O. Box 71205, Charlotte, NC 28272-1205. Please include your credit card account number on your check.

What are my payment options? Payments can be made by visiting, via mail using your statement remittance payment coupon, or via phone by calling 1-800-854-7642. A $10.00 processing fee will be assessed to your MasterCard/Visa account for expedited phone payments. Please allow 24-48 business hours for your payment to apply to your account.

What account information can I view on This website includes account summary information, your monthly transaction activity, downloadable transaction files, statement delivery options, account alert options, online payment capability, editable account preference options, fraud alert options, and other pertinent information related to your credit card account.

If I use this service, will I still get a paper statement in the mail? Unless you elect to receive your statement online, use of this service will not have any effect on whether or not you get a paper statement in the mail.
