Rural Properties

USDA Loans- Affordable Government-backed loans for Homebuyers in Rural Areas.

• Up to 100% financing
• One time 1% guarantee fee may be included in financing
• Monthly .35% USDA fee included in the monthly payment and is often less expensive than private mortgage insurance
• No down payment required
• Lender fees and closing costs (including prepaid fees) may be eligible to include in the loan, depending on the appraised value
• Property and income must meet USDA guidelines

For Veterans

VA Loans- Specifically for military individuals/families

• Zero down payments
• Low Interest Rates
• New Purchases and Refinance
• No Monthly Mortgage Insurance
• Could be responsible for a one-time funding fee
