Announces Recent Promotion

MIDDLE GEORGIA (June 2021) - Planters First Bank is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Jamie Langham to Regional President in Bibb County. Jamie will report directly to the banks President and Chief Banking Officer, Eli Tinsley.

Jamie joined Planters First Bank in November 2018 as the Vice President of Commercial Lending and in August 2020 was promoted to lead the Macon area as the Market President. Prior to joining Planters Bank, Jamie worked at Robins Financial Credit Union as a Commercial Lender. Jamie’s significant contributions and dedication to our Macon market since joining the bank in 2018 have led to his promotion of Regional President.

Jamie attended Middle Georgia State University majoring in Business Management. He is also a graduate of CUNA Business Lending School at The University of Wisconsin. Prior to his banking career, Jamie played professional baseball in the Cincinnati Reds organization. He enjoys hunting, fishing and golf. Langham and his wife Laura have one daughter, Emmy, who is in Kindergarten at Tattnall Square Academy. Langham is a past campaign chair for United Way of Central Georgia and a member of Habitat for Humanity and Rebuilding Warner Robins.
