Amanda Fiebig is the Broker/Owner of AF Realty Group. She comes from a military family and is a Military Veteran herself. She has lived all over the world from the Far East to Europe and many different US States. “I have really enjoyed seeing the diverse perspectives of so many different countries, cultures and communities. How they live, love, and give to one another is what has shaped my commitment to giving back to my community.” Amanda also has a strong desire for bettering herself through education. She has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Human Resource Management Degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Legal Studies. She is a Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE), a Graduate of the National Association of REALTORS® (GRI), REALTOR® Institute, and has an SRS (Seller Representative Specialist) designation, and an MRP (Military Relocation Professional) designation. “I always strive to be the best that I can be and believe I can better serve my clients by continually educating myself in many different areas of study. The more I know, the better I can serve my client’s needs.”
Amanda’s passion is real estate; she has been involved in Real Estate since 2006. “Being a Realtor® is a natural fit for me. I love being able to help families and homeowners achieve their dreams. I have been fortunate to see so many sides of the real estate transaction and love sharing my knowledge with my clients.” Amanda arrived in Middle Georgia in 2013, where she continued her real estate career. “I love Middle Georgia and have planted my roots here. Of all the places I have lived in this world, Middle Georgia has stolen my heart and I love raising my family here and becoming so involved in the community.” Amanda has such a unique understanding of all facets of the real estate transaction. She has been an owner of a real estate investment company, a mortgage company, a real estate closing (Title) company, a communication company and a national construction company. In addition, she has owned two franchises. Amanda has extensive experience in New Construction, Commercial Real Estate, First Time Homebuyer, Military Relocation, Mortgages, closing processes, and Property Management. “I have been fortunate to find prosperity and want to bring that successful expertise to my clients. I love my clients and they become part of my family and I enjoy establishing a long-lasting relationship.”

Amanda also finds it so important to give back to the community. Amanda was on the Board of Directors at First United Methodist Church-Cheerful Cherubs, Board of Directors of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors® and served as Chairman of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors® Fundraising Committee. She is on the Board of Directors for the Rainbow House, a non-profit organization for abused children. She is a member of the Warner Robins and Perry Area Chamber of Commerce, where she has been selected to be a Board Member. She is also a Member of the Central Georgia Board of Realtors® and Perry Council of Realtors®, Perry Area Chamber Diplomat, serves on the Special Events Committee, City of Perry Mainstreet Committee, Downtown Merchants Committee and serves on the Military Affairs Committee. She is also a graduate of the Perry Leadership Institute, a University of Georgia, J.W. Fanning Institute for Leadership Development. “I find no greater gift than giving back to others.
