Simply follow the “Message” icon within your Online Banking Profile to start or follow up on a chat with our Solution Center.
Attach a Transaction: If you see a transaction that doesn’t seem right, just click on the “attach to a conversation” button. Type in your question, and Conversations will connect you with the Solution Center. Solution Center Representatives can see exactly which transaction you’re asking about, so you get answers fast.
Send Us A Message: Once a conversation has begun, customers will be notified of an approximate response time and will receive another notification when the Solution Center Representative has responded. You can even ask about a previous Conversation if you need to follow up. That way, you can put your mind at ease — without a phone call or trip to the bank.
