The official ground breaking of the Warner Robins Air Depot took place September 1, 1941. From its origins as a dairy farm pastureland more than 80 years ago to its current status as the largest single site industrial complex in Georgia; Robins Air Force Base remains one of the nation’s greatest defense assets.
