Pictured is the CVB Board, with Executive Director Anya Turpin, who celebrated these remarkable achievements at the Perry City Council Meeting: winning the Best Marketing Award and recognizing Anya Turpin as a Rising Star Award recipient.
Turpin shared, “I think [it’s] a testament to how hard we work to support and promote Perry. It’s really nice because we were the only city in Georgia to be awarded out of the 13 states across the southeast, including [Washington] D.C., and we went home with two awards. It was really great.” As Executive Director, Turpin leads Visit Perry’s operations, managing the team, board, mission, and vision to ensure everything aligns with the needs of the community.
