Effective October 1, 2021, the United States Postal Service (USPS) revised its service for certain First-Class Mail items, resulting in a delivery window of up to five days.
What that means for you:
These changes may affect documents we send you, or you send to us, via mail—including monthly statements and payments, and other communications. For more information about the new USPS standards, view the USPS Fact Sheet.
Here are some things you can do through Planters First Banks Digital Banking:
- Switch to e-statements for quicker delivery. Please note: Online Statements require Acrobat (R) PDF reader.
- Set up automatic payments.
- Pay bills using Online Bill Pay.
- Set up alerts and balance notifications.
