Planters First Bank is pleased to announce the hiring of Chris Howe, SVP Commercial Lender in Houston County.
Chris Howe, SVP
Chris has 26 years of progressive banking experience and most recently worked at Great Oaks Bank as Middle Georgia Division President. Prior to joining Great Oaks, Chris worked for SunMark Community Bank as the Market Leader in Houston County. Other positions held throughout his career include Chief Credit Officer, Senior Analyst, Commercial lender, and Financial Specialist. Being a native of Warner Robins some of his civic duties include past President of Warner Robins Civitan Club, previous Treasurer of the Warner Robins American Little League, volunteering at Warner Robins Chamber of Commerce, and actively involved in International City Optimist.
Chris received his Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Macon State College and his post-graduate degree from the Graduate School of Banking at Louisiana State University. Chris and His wife Amy have 2 sons, Landon 21 a Senior at Georgia Southern University studying Engineering, and Braydon 17 a Senior at Veterans High School.
